Finding the Right Local Solar Company for Your Needs

SunBlue Energy. Why not call us first?
We’ll be there to fix your install anyway.
I originally said this as a joke, because of the number of calls we receive from customers who have existing systems that were originally installed by other solar companies. Not only is SunBlue Energy the highest-rated solar installer in Westchester, NY, but we are also called on again and again to service other companies’ systems. We assist local village halls, schools, homeowners and commercial clients by upgrading or adding modules to existing systems.
We have customers who now cannot reach their original solar installer. If the customer does reach them, the installer recommends that the customer reach out to a local installer. Other customers are interested in adding an additional system to their roof since, with their first system, they “were talked into a lease.”
The fact is we are a company who loves what we do, and we take pride in our work. That’s why we will not turn down customers when they cannot figure out why their solar system is down. The reasons can vary from a tired inverter that needs to be replaced to several warm wires on the roof being cuddled – and eaten – by squirrels. Some systems we see have modules that aren’t even connected! The original installer could not find the issue, so they left a whole string of panels unconnected.
At SunBlue Energy, we stand by the quality of our work. We invest in continuing education for our employees, whether that means training by the manufacturer or education in new technology or battery-based systems. Our knowledgeable employees will make you feel comfortable that your system was designed correctly and will produce power while you feel safe at home.
Most solar companies will not run out for a service call, because there can be so many issues — and because it won’t result in a quick sale. Other companies just consist of salespeople. It’s like buying a car from a dealership that does not service cars.
We are also proud to announce that we offer system upgrades. We can provide free estimates for those solar pioneers who got into solar in the beginning. If your modules are below 230 watts each, your system probably paid for itself years back. Give us a call; systems we are designing today have 325-watt modules. We also offer squirrel guards and snow guards for your Westchester solar system. Inquire for a free estimate.
I want to say thank you to all of our past, present, and future customers. If you’re thinking solar, think SunBlue!
